Professor Giuliana guided the class through fundamental techniques and practical self-defence, with plenty of time for questions and some rolling for those who were keen. The energy, the smiles and the support the ladies showed each other made it a session to remember.\r\n\r\nProfessor Giuliana is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and women\u2019s class instructor at Gracie Barra Headquarters, and we were honoured to have her share her knowledge and passion with our community.\r\n<h3>Open to Everyone<\/h3>\r\nThe class was <strong>free for members and guests<\/strong> and <strong>open to complete beginners<\/strong> \u2013 and it showed. Women of all ages and experience levels trained side by side, learned from each other and cheered each other on.
